10/10 would buy from Scott Phillips again Scott made the whole car buying process so SEAMLESS and STRESS-FREE! We are super grateful for all of his help. A different vibe from any other car salesman I've ever interacted with. He went above and beyond to make sure we got what we wanted. We recently moved from Texas to Wyoming and needed 2 four-wheel-drive vehicles, and Never did we feel like we were being swindled or taken advantage of. First, I want to say thank you to Scot, Becky, and CJ for being so kind, friendly, and for making my car buying experience so smooth and easy! I hadn't bought a car in 12 years and was terrified to search for one.. I had been on the hunt for the past year and had zero luck... I was about to give up and settle with a small car, until I came across the 2019 Traverse (dream of mine) on the website and I just had to test drive it. Scot reached out, I got the green light from my dad, I scheduled the test drive and instantly fell in love, which I already knew I was going to.. Scot was very thorough and honest about everything we asked and was not pressuring us at all, which is rare.... Got the call 9:30 Monday morning from Scot saying I got approved and, boy, did I cry!!! We've been on cloud nine ever since!! 🙂 Scot even went out of his way to order us a key fob cover to protect our already slightly damaged key fob, which was awesome and took us by surprise! Becky was very nice and thorough about the ppwk part and made it fun for our 9yr old who was crazy bored, and CJ, the manager called to check in and thank us and was very friendly! These guys have great customer service and know what they are doing! Definitely will make the 30min drive for future purchases and will recommend friends & family!! 🙂

Scot Phillips helped get me into a GMC Sierra AT4, extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle, comps, features, etc. walked me through everything, no rush no pressure just wanted to make sure I had everything I needed to make a decision. I have been using Jerry Seiner for the majority of my repairs on my Sierra truck. I bought it from them. What I love the most is how accommodating they are in getting me in quickly for service. They do a great job, most of the time, and on those seldom occasions when things aren’t resolved during the first try, they quickly get me back in to make things right. This is what happened on my recent visit. There was challenge with it not being resolved after the initial visit but they got all over it quickly and took care of it. It is a misguided expectation to think that everything will be perfect all the time and it’s not fair to expect that it will be. These guys do a great job, but if they don’t, they quickly fix it. This is why they get 5 stars from me. Bryon and Blake, two great service coordinators do an awesome job. I will certainly be back there each and every time my truck with 140K miles need it. Thank you, Guys!
